On Monday, 23 rd January 2012, the Office of the Ombudsman launched the anti injustice week in Gasabo District. The ceremony was held at Kimironko where complainants from three cells Kibagabaga, Nyagatovu and Bibare were gathered.

From 23 rd to 27th January, the staff of the Office of the Ombudsman will be in Gasabo District in different cells to receive complaints and from 6 th to 9 th February 2012 it will be the turn of Kicukiro District.

On Saturday 14 th January 2012 in southern province, Nyanza District in Busoro sector was closed a two day training of local leaders on the fight against injustice, corruption and related offences organized by a non profit organization Amayaga Integrated Project for Development (AIPD) on the sponsorship of the Office of the Ombudsman.

Today at Kigali Serena Hotel on 9 th December 2011, the Office of the Ombudsman joins the world in the celebration of the international anti corruption day. In this ceremony was held a closing ceremony of anti corruption week organized by the Office of the Ombudsman at national level. The week was officially launched on 5 th December 2011 at Nyabihu district because he was ranked first in the good governance competition organized by the Office of the Ombudsman.
