The unit in charge of preventing injustice, corruption and other related offences has the follpwing functions as stipulated in the article 11 of the Law establishing the organization and functioning of the Office of the Ombudsman.

• To prepare training sessions for the population so that they develop the culture of playing a role in the good governance of the country;
• To prepare seminars for Government employees and staff in public and private institutions, in non-government organizations so as to improve their conduct and working methods;
• To set up all possible means of preventing and eradicating injustice, corruption and other related offences.

This Unit receives complaints related to injustice from people in order to find out how different administrative organs are solving people` s complaints and to prepare seminars related to the complaints received at different levels.
