During the Anti-Corruption Week 2022 (26/11-09/12/2022), the Office of the Ombudsman will carry out the following activities
- On November 26, 2022, while launching the Anti-corruption week 2022, an awareness message on preventing and fighting corruption will be delivered to the public across the country through the Public Community work (UMUGANDA), the staff and Officials of the Office of the Ombudsman will join the residents of Kicukiro District in the activity.
- On November 27, 2022, a live talk show on Radio Rwanda with the topic "Appropriate strategies for instilling youth on Anti-corruption values" conducted by a panel composed of the Office of the Ombudsman, MINALOC, MINEDUC and MYCULTURE.
- On the dates 2, 3 and 4/12/2022, in the Anti-corruption week 2022, these are days dedicated to Faith based Organizations under the theme “the Role of Religions and Churches in the fight against corruption to transform the Rwandan society”.
- In the Anti-corruption week 2022, there will be a dialogue among members of the District Advisory Council to prevent and fight against injustice and corruption aimed at engaging the youth in the fight against corruption.
- In order to improve the service delivery in financial Institutions so that the beneficiary receives a better, faster and more transparent service, a consultative meeting on the measures to prevent and fight corruption in financial services will be held on 06/12/2022.
- A dedicated day to Youth Anti-Corruption Clubs is planned on 07/12/2022 where the participants will have opportunity to conduct self-assessment and to discuss and commit on their contribution in preventing and fighting corruption.
- On 09/12/2022, the International Anti-Corruption Day will be celebrated in Rwamagana District.
