Eastern Province: The Office of the Ombudsman followed up unsolved complaints from this province

Different complaints from the fiscal year 2020-2021 filed by Eastern province citizens to the office of the Ombudsman were followed up in order to solve them accordingly from 13th to 17th September 2021.
These cases are amongst others received from the Anti-injustice campaigns and others received via postal and normal ways of complaints filing.
Hon. MUKAMA Abbas, the deputy Ombudsman and the team have revisited Rwamagana, Kayonza and Nyagatare Districts and have solved many cases and have suggested solutions to the remaining complaints that the districts are still analyzing for the reliable solutions
This descent visit was financed by the European union through the existing collaboration in preventing and fighting injustice in Rwanda.
