The staff of the Office of the Ombudsman Trained in Mediation were awarded Completion Certificates
On Wednesday 06.07.2022,The Office of the Ombudsman staff who have been studying the Mediation course for 6 months were awarded certificates by the EDWARDS Mediation Academy that operates in the United States. The certificates awarding ceremony was presided over by The Honorable the President of the Supreme Court Dr. Faustin NTEZILYAYO Among other graduates were also other staff members from other institutions totaling 86
The Ombudsman Hon. NIRERE Madeleine, was one of the graduates of this course
The Ombudsman thanked the President of the Supreme Court for issuing certificates to graduates and also thanked the EDWARDS Mediation Academy principals for organizing the course and for providing a good way to reach out to those in need.
She added that this course was timely provided as it will help in resolving many issues before they are brought before the courts.
